About the League

Games are played at Frederick Douglas Park, on Amsterdam Avenue and 101st.

The season starts June 16th and all games are played on Wednesdays with kick-offs at 6:30pm and 7:15pm each week.

The games are 7 a-side requiring a goalkeeper and six outfield players.

Rosters should be a minimum of 10 players and take into account the on-field requirements. Captains can register by making a full team payment or can request that each player make Individual Payments.

Payment of the one-time Team Fee allows as many players as you wish on the official roster - Team Fees must be made as a one-off payment at the outset of registration.

Games consist of 21-minute halves and teams will have a minimum of 8 fixtures.

Kick-offs: 6:30pm & 7:15pm each Wednesday.
