About the League

NOTE: To be placed on the waitlist please email info@ilovenysoccer.com. This league is currently in priority registration mode. All slots are pre-assigned to returning teams from the Fall season. General registration will open on Feb. 15th.

❤️ The division is competitive - and not appropriate for beginner to lower intermediate teams.

🌳 All games are played at Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 5, primarily on Mondays.

🗓 The season starts March 3rd pending confirmation of permits.

🦄 Games are 9-a-side requiring a goalkeeper and eight outfield players. There are no on field requirements.

✏ Captains can register by making either a Team Payment or an Individual Payment - teams using the latter option will be given a deadline to complete rosters.

⏰Teams registering players individually should have a minimum of 12 players registered by the deadline. After the deadline registration closes and the league will add free agents to bring the roster to a minimum of 12 players.

🔓Payment of the one-time Team Fee allows as many players as you wish on the official roster - Team Fees must be made as a one-off payment at the outset of registration.

🎶If you are registering as a free agent and wish to be assigned with a friend, please include their name in the notes section at checkout. NOTE: for this league we only open free agents spots towards the end of the registration period.

👕 *If you are a new team you will receive league shirts for free (included with the registration fee).
*If you are a returning team you need to alert the league if there are new players on the roster needing league shirts. This should be done prior to Match Day #1
*If you are a NEW team or a RETURNING team who have their own uniforms please alert us by emailing us your color so we can reserve this for you and/or plan ahead for potential color conflicts.

🏆 🍾Prizes include a championship trophy, bottle of bubbly and most importantly the glory of victory!

⏳Games consist of 22-minute halves and teams will have a minimum of 9 fixtures. The top 4 teams will play in the semi-finals and the final.

🕙Kickoffs are at 7:00pm. 7:50pm. 8:40pm, 9:30pm and 10:20pm. Teams will rotate through these times throughout the season.
